Return Policy

RETURNS Merchandise Returns: We will accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your merchandise (except for non-returnable, clearance and special order items). All returned merchandise must be uninstalled, unused and in new condition; in the original packaging; and include all parts, instructions and accessories. Opened packages may be subject to additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing. We will refund you the amount of your order, less the outbound shipping charges, inbound shipping charges and any restocking fees, are the responsibity of the customer. Simply send a e-mail to returns@duckduckoops.com to recieve a "Return Goods Authorization" number (RGA#) along with instructions to set your return in motion. Credit will not be issued without prior authorization for the return from Duckduckoops.com.
Problem Orders: If you received the wrong product or model, an item is missing or there are other problems with your order, contact us via e-mail at hello@duckduckoops.com to begin the investigative process.
Refused Shipment: Customers shall be charged all shipping charges and a 15% handling fee for all refused shipments except where damage or fraud is involved.
